SHIPPING COST

All products sold on the site do not include shipping costs. There will be no additional costs once the order is completed. Shipments of packaged products will be made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

DELIVERY

The products sold through the site (www.kikartdesign.com) are delivered only in Italy, generally within 24/48 hours from the shipping date. Shipments are made only by courier. A signature is always required on delivery. You may accept that a delivery is signed for by a person other than you, provided that such person is present at the address provided and is at least 18 years of age. For the protection of the consumer, the latter is expressly requested to always accept each package through the “right of reservation” to be communicated to the courier upon delivery. Complaints relating to malfunctions, deficiencies or other inconveniences caused by the courier during the transport and delivery phases will not be accepted if the package has been accepted without the right of reservation communicated to the courier itself.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days of delivery of the package. In the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good. The substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. More precisely, the consumer is responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods pursuant to art. 57 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must follow the following procedure: send a written communication to Medi Mais Calabra srl ​​at the address amministrazione@kikartdesign.com. The communication must contain an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract with the indication of the identification number of the relevant order.

To respect the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiry of the 10 day period.

Within 48 hours of receiving the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Medi Mais Calabra srl ​​will communicate the instructions for returning the products.

Medi Mais Calabra srl ​​will refund all sums paid by the consumer, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the package for which the return was made.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction. The aforementioned withdrawal procedure applies exclusively to purchases made through the site (www.kikartdesign.com)
